Very very interesting. Thank you for sharing. But while all these nay-sayers are sitting around experimenting to figure out HOW the diet works (I mean, who cares! It works!) and whether or not it's safe (How many are healthier than they've ever been? I am. I am.) a lot of people will not go near this diet because it's not sanctioned by the scientific community. I mean...even after all the positive research they talked about, three scientists said they STILL wouldn't support it. <sigh> Some people just have to be hit over the head!  I'll volunteer to hit them.
