Does anyone else use VegeSal?
I've been meaning to bring this up for awhile, but keep forgetting (that darned 52 year old brain!!) Anyway, I LOVE VegeSal! Does anybody else here use it? I first heard about it in Dana Carpender's cookbooks.

I love the flavor it gives my food, and most importantly I don't retain water so much when I use it. It smells kinda funky out of the container, but tastes great in or on food.
