weight training - vs. cardio
hi missydog,
I tracked down a couple good articles at ivillage.com, by Jonny Bowden, their weight-loss and fitness coach/expert. He also happens to be pro-lowcarb .. and lots of sound advice on the timing of food and exercise, carbs & protein.
