Ever had a day where your body just does not want to cooperate? I felt really weak thoughout the workout, even though I was coming off a rest day. I don't get it. I struggled hard.

I really am dragging this week. I keep finding things "to do" so I don't have to work out. But honestly, I am absolutely "out of gas" exhausted. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong, but evidently it's something.

Treadmill, program #4, max speed 3.4, Max upgrade 7%, duration 60 minutes, distance 3.01 miles.

Weight machine, 3 circuits 3 times each.

Split my workout up today to am and pm. This morning I did stairmaster for 15 minutes, and ready to up that again

FIRM, Total body.

I feel a little better tonight, not quite so exhausted.
