Default chilled to the bone!

I have hypothyroidism and take .1 synthroid a day. I have been easily chilled since I was a kid, but since starting induction I have been chilled to the bone. I have to sleep with my electric blanket on at night and have to wear a sweater all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this? I am wondering if I need to have my synthroid adjusted as I lose weight.

Missy

Wild oil of oregano (OOO) is good for raising body tempurature. So is 50 mg of zinc a day.

Here's some info on OOO:

Check out the Maca Root thread. I used to be so cold my hands and feet were like ice. This stuff has made a world of difference to me.
