Question Carb Options Peanut Butter

Has anyone stalled eating carb options peanut butter? Or was anyone put out of ketosis eating it? Last question-it has <1 sugar per serving would this be ok on induction?

Even after induction the carb options isn't a godo idea. It is loaded with transfats. Instead go for a natural PB with the only ingredients being peanuts and maybe salt.
For induction remember, if it isn't on the allowed foods list, it's not good for that phase

not to mention the label says only 65% peanuts and peanut "spread". bought it last week cause i had a coupon AND it was on sale. but never again. it doesn't even have a very peanutty taste. my vote is for the natural stuff!!

Seriously..make your own peanut butter (after induction). YOU can control what's in it..I make mine with peanut oil, salt and peanuts.

Oops! Maybe, I've goofed! I am on day 11 of induction and I ate 2 tbls. of peanut butter, twice. I guess it doesn't matter much, as I'm staying on induction for longer than 2 weeks. I don't weigh but once a week, so I really won't know much till monday if it affected me. I lost 3# the first week, if I don't lose any the 2nd week, I'll blame ti on that evil peanutbutter!

I highly recommend the Maranatha organic creamy peanut butter. I have no idea why, but for some reason it tastes so much better than any other peanut butter I've ever had. And it's just peanuts and salt.

just stick to natural peanut butter and you should be okay!

i like any natural kind, unsalted... although, as i've posted around other places, right now i'm on a sunflower seed butter kick. it's INCREDIBLE. buy it if you can find it!!!
