I went to a potluck and I brought pork loin, cooked in the oven with lemon pepper and rosemary.
I brought a snack bag with some salad because I was afraid there wouldn't be much veg there. Sure enough, I pulled that out, had someof the pork loin - and some of the ham. And a devilled egg. Yummers.
Didn't even want the other snax I had brought. I have some low carb chocs in the house in case I am seized by a sudden craving... but I am doing OK. Drank seltzer at the potluck and talked to people!!
