Default someone had a link to a produce site...

It was some USDA site or something that listed all fruits and veggies and all the nutritional information for them.

I know Ive seen it tons, I just cant seem to find it now. It also listed what the water content in veggies are.

If anyone knows what link I am talking about can you please post it?

Thanks!

I am trying to figure out how many carbs waterchestnuts have. If I plug it into fitday Water Chestnut as 2 words will have 1 carb per chestnut, but waterchestnut as one work has 2 carbs per chestnut and I wanted to go to this site and see what it listed.

The same USDA database is in Low Carb Tools at the top of the page.
