Default Atkins shakes... love em, or hate em?

Looking at placing an order today and thinking about adding a few cans to it... never tried them. Yay or nay?

Your favorite/least favorite flavors?

I don't drink them too often - but I keep them around for emergencies and my fave is strawberry.

I often have one a day for breakfast and the only flavor I like is vanilla. For me it is better than skipping a meal which is what I would do otherwise.

I've only tried the chocolate "delite" and strawberry, at first strawberry seemed reallygood, but then over time I kind of grew to dislike it, and have to alternate w/the chocolate so I don't get too put off. they are excelent for an emergency, or if you just don't feel like anything else is appitizing. they are v. filling.

I usually have one or two per week, mostly as a quick meal along with some cheese cubes. I LOVE the Atkins Vanilla....they are the tops in my book.

I did not care for them... in fact the only shake I can stand is one made with Designer Whey.

4beans,

I FAR prefer Keto shakes!

The Chocolate is good, and Cappucino is to die for!

I like the Chocolate Delight, but didn't care for the Chocolate Royale. Haven't tried the other flavours.

Perhaps you should see if you can taste test a couple before stocking up? We all have different taste buds. Our local grocery now stocks them in single cans.

Kay

I buy the creamy vanilla-then add flavors to it if I want.
I like them-one will last as sipping snack keeps me out of other stuff..even I won't eat cookies washed down with Atkins.
No aftertaste like the EAS shakes but your preferences may vary.

Maybe I am just weird but I liked the powdered shake mixes better than the ready made cans. I used to mix the chocolate with half and half, water, kahluah divinci syrup a tsp of instant coffee and ice cubes. The strawberry powder wasn't bad either with a little bit of half and half and frozen strawberries. I never got around to trying the vanilla though.

I think the Atkins shake, at least the vanilla, is guh-ross. It tastes like a piece of chalk ground up and mixed with seltzer, plus some weird vanilla flavor. The Keto shakes are a million zillion times better. I hope you haven't already made the mistake of buying the Atkins one, but if you have, and you think it's as nasty as I do, just get a can of Keto and mix them half and half to use it up. The Keto is so much better that it can almost fix the vile Atkins taste. (It's best on its own, though!)

Keto shakes come in lots of flavors; the vanilla regular and soy are great. The chocolate, regular or soy, is pretty ok, the cappuccino tastes nothing like cappuccino but is pretty tasty anyway, the orange cream is pretty good, especially goosed with some orange and vanilla DaVinci syrup. Chocolate peanut butter wasn't so hot, but if you added some actual PB to it it might be okay. Strawberry is pretty good, too.

Compared to the Slimfast, I like the Atkins brand. They don't taste anything like one another. I was hoping to really like the Slimfast, because they are so much less expensive. Nah, darn it.
