I didn't snack at all on my 1st two weeks....I tried really, really hard on this so I could gain a good kick start to my losses.

I'm still (sort of) doing Induction..although modified....I'm trying to stick to 20 carbs...however, I am add new things on.

Right now my fav snack is: 2 TBSP cream cheese, 1/2 packets of spenda and a TBSP of Mixed berries..... OMG this is so like a cheat to me - its so yummy!

Celery dipped in blue cheese dressing, sugarfree jello with whipped cream, cheese cubes topped with a slice of pickle and dipped in spicy hot mustard and deviled eggs were my snacks during induction.

1) Cucumbers dipped in Ranch (I made the Lipton Ranch in a box and mixed it with sour cream as directed)

2) Pork Rinds...though I got very sick of them, so I switched over to the spicy ones for variety.

3) Coffee with cream and Splenda...Starbucks freshly ground!

4) Low carb ice cream every 3-4 days helped keep me sane...though it was kinda cheating
