Well, I don't know what happend tto me. I've been TERRIBLE and I'm so MAD at myself. That's what I need...a big knock in the head!!!

I hope you don't mind if I JUMP BACK IN on this challenge

My goal WAS to stick to my low carbing and get to my goal by my 50th birthday, which is just 2 days prior to July 4th!

Everyone on here is DOING GREAT!!!!

I feel like such a failure. I was almost in the 6's and BLEW IT.....I'm at 177...which means I've gained 6 SIX . .yes SIX pounds by SLACKING OFF.... I know that AF is here this week...but STILL...nonetheless....those numbers are there

I don't know what got into me...but I'm BACK on track. No more "treats." In order to TREAT myself now, I've got to get to the 6's! When I say treats, I mean those low carb candy bars, etc. I KNOW NOT to eat them.. as many as I was...b/c CALORIES do count when eating those things!

Its good to see that everyone has been doing so well

I've decided that I'm checking back in here every single day. I've found that if I don't I CHEAT!

So....I'll see you all tomorrow!

Welcome Back!! I'm so glad you saw the light and got yourself back on track.!!

Stop being so hard on yourself. A slipup is certainly not the end of the world. In the words of Dr. Phil..."If after all your planning and good intentions, you do over indulge, don't go on a guilt trip. Guilt is a useless emotion that only weakens your resolve to successfully manage your weight. Get over it and move on."

Remember, giving yourself an occasional treat - within your carbohydrate threshold - is part of your low carb diet approach, which is alright from time to time. Just realize there are challenges ahead, you can't do this for life and always expect perfection.

Have you thought about starting a journal to help keep progress of your low carb journey? It is a great way to meet new people!! The people I have met are so supportive and inspiring. They have really help me in staying motivated with my LC journey.
