Talking Getting ready to start

Hi everyone..
Just getting ready to start LC-ing. So excited. Have to finish my book and then I am ready to go. My DH has agreed to LC with me. GREAT HELP! I have been reading forum for some time now, and just wanted to introduce myself. I am sure I will be here every day (time permitting). I have 2 kids and work full time. Can't wait to get to meet all of you!
Jenn

Hi Jenn, welcome aboard!

If you're not quite ready to start yet, you can "practice" by trying out some of the recipes and starting out your day with a low carb breakfast. Breakfast alone will probably give you a lot more energy in your mornings.

Best of luck to both of you!

Ha ha! I had the same thing! On the side, I had a caesar salad made with baby spinach. Don't forget those veggies.

Hello Mama-Dodge

Congrats to you on having a hubby to LC with.
We both LC at my house too, only my DH has finished losing and is now maintaining... He cheats quite a bit now and this is sometimes tempting for me.

Start a journal so we can all visit you there!

Good mornong everyone!! Not OFFICIALLY on Atkins yet, but find that I am still watching what I eat. Today at work I am having wings, bacon and cheese. I love those foods. I think you just hve to be creative. I officially want to start April 15. Want to make sure I get through my book before starting. I think I am going to enjoy this. Have been reading posts all morning.....I just love this forum. Great support!!!!!!!!!!
