Default Did anyone's shoe size drop?

This is a odd weight loss area that I had bring up before but for some reason never did! Did anyone else change shoe sizes? It isn't a huge change but I went from being a 7- 7 and a half to being a size 6. I was totally fine with my foot size before, wish it could have come out of my tummy

LOL

I have dropped from 9 1/2 to 9 so far. I don't think I'll go down anymore as I've always had big feet, but you never know.

Yes, my shoe size has changed too. Before having my son, I wore an 8 to 8 1/2 then went up to 9 while pregnant and stayed there the last eight years. After dropping this much weight, I'm back to shoe size 8. I'm with you though, I'd rather lose it from my stomach or arms

I did! I went from a 10/11 down to a 9.

I ended up selling a pretty sexy Steve Madden collection on Ebay in December.

Default Me Too...

The first time I did Atkins I went from 230 - 180 weight-wise and 10.5 to 9.5 shoe-wise... this time I am down from 190 to 172 and I have dropped to size 9 (and those are a little big). I love it because my manolos look better and better as my feet get smaller and smaller!!!

(And I relish any reason to buy new shoes...)

I WISH!! I have gone up a shoe size with pretty much every pregnancy... if I have anymore I think I'm gonna have to invest in a pair of skis (sp?)

I gained a shoe size after I had a broken bone on my foot. Long story envolving a mirror, a frozen doormat and an escaping cat.

Then after low carbing only a couple of months I found my athletic shoes were too big to use in the gym. I still wear my work shoes but feel the difference in the width. Its not good news tho it puts me 'tween sizes and I find it harder to buy shoes.

It's funny, but I was just noticing this today. Although my size 11 feet are not any shorter, my feet have become a lot narrower than my normal "B" width and my shoes have become downright floppy.

Yep!! Dropped a half a shoe size myself. Also before I knew it, my watch began slowly twirling around my arm. I am not complaining one bit.
