Can someone explain this to me...I heard it means something about 'keeping it simple? or something like that...

How do u do that? Can you give me examples? What are the benefits?

Heck GIVE ME ALL THE INFO U CAN PLEASE!

Wow..that is definately too hard for me..I like me cream cheese and Bacon..Good luck to those who can do it, but i think at this stage in my life with my kids,, I need convienence..Wow I'm still amazed and respect those who could do it..It would take a lot of will power

No franken foods, just veggies, meats, no creamers, creams. Light on the cheese too

so do i have this correct? could i eat

chicken, steak, veggies and salads (is dressing allowed? at least a little bit?)
