Angry my pants are tighter?

I feel thinner, look thinner and i dare to even look at a scale. But my size 10 jeans are much tighter on my then before. How can i look thinner and feel thinner and have tighter pants. I dry clean all of my pants. I am not bloated and i am following the program pretty well. So what gives? Has anybody ever experience this before?

Thanks

chele

I'm not sure, maybe your fat is redistributing? I notice that depending on the brand of jean, one size 10 fits me perfectly, while another is too tight. Wish I could help!

The other day , I was walking around the house happy and feeling thin. I don't get this way too often. I did the stupid thing and stepped on the scale, well I was up 2 lbs.
I know this wont' help you with your question but I wanted to let you know that You are not alone with that feeling.

I have two pairs of jeans exactly the same. I bought them at the same store on the same day. 1 pair fits snug. The other pair, I can get them on but to get them off I have to have them surgically removed. Your weight gain may be water retention. Hang in there. It's just a matter of time.

If you are excersizing it may be muscle building and like someone said earlier, fat redistribution..

Fat redistributes, also exercise is a factor!

Watch the sodium and dont eat heavy at night ---- both which can make you bloat up the next day (water retention).

Cool

Jeans are made from cotton? They do shrink over time
Could that maybe be the problem
