Unhappy What am i doing wrong ? so frustrated

Help!!!!!!! that's what i need. I've been on atkins on and off but my weight is still the same, goes up and it goes down 1-2lbs.. It's very frustrating especially knowing that im certainly avoiding sugary/carby foods. I'm still on induction and it has been more than 2 weeks or so but no lost yet. I read that if you're on atkins or during induction, you should be constipated.. not me..
Here's my daily menu

breakfast - 3 eggs scrambbled
2 bacon
lettuce with mayo -
1 cup of decaf

lunch
half chicken fried or 2 double cheeseburger no bun
chicken salad with mayo

dinner
1 breast of chicken
2-3 cups of salad with mayo
little vinegar/soy sauce for the dip
1 grande decaf starbucks coffee
4 liters of water

please help me, what should i be eating on induction. Any advice is greatly appreciated
ps. i dont know how to use fitday: can any of you guys show me or let meknow how much calories i had taken for just this meal?

I think your problem is the "on and off" part. When I started, I lost 39 lbs. in about 3 months, then I went "on-and-off" for about 4 months and gained about 12-15 pounds back -- even though I was "on" for about 85% of the time. After restarting seriously -- 100% Induction -- it took several weeks before I saw any losses.

It may be that you're getting a little bit much protein and not enough fat to go along with it. Maybe just have two eggs for breakfast with a little cheese and some mushrooms or peppers.
I'd cut out the chicken salad at lunch and just have the burgers with a small salad. It looks like you're not spreading your carbs out enough, so have some vegetables with lunch and cut back on the amount of salad at dinner.

Also, maybe try ditching bacon and coffee for a week and see if that does anything. The bacon is very salty and may contain nitrates or other substances (possibly even sugar) that would affect your loss.

Also, check your soy sauce, I have two of them that are totally different carb-wise. One had 2 carbs, so it probably has sugar, but the Kikkoman's has 0.

Good luck to you!!

I forgot, this is your fitday thing. A little heavy calorie wise, and I was pretty conservative on some things. Fitday is easy to use, you just plug serving sizes in and it figures your percentages.

I think I may have just spent a whole lot of time and effort on this and realized how shaky this seems.

"No rice" is your eating plan??

And it seems to me at 132 and 5'4" that pre-maintenance for the last 4-5 lbs should be your concern. I wish you luck with that.

Hi Patricia. In addition to the very good answers you got from the thread that NickFender pointed out, I'd suggest that you get a bit more variety, especially with respect to fats. A good balance of fats is necessary for weight loss. You need essential omega 3 fatty acids from cold water fish or flax seed. Also try having more foods such as avocados and olive oil for the monounsaturates.

And wow, if Rosie's calorie count is accurate, that's probably way too many for weight loss if you're not exercising...

Patriciar, Trish69.... Coming back under a new name doesn't mean the advice you've gotten in your numerous, nearly identical threads is going to change. If you choose Atkins, read up on it and follow it as written, and yes, you will likely have to exercise.

I realize you're very busy as you've pointed out when others have suggested it, but there's nobody SO busy they can't find a few minutes during the day. There's a mother of infant triplets on the forum who's even giving it her all...

I don't mean to sound harsh, but it's frustrating to see all the great advice you've been given ignored like it isn't the answer you're looking for.

We're all happy to help, but we can't do it FOR you.
