Question Anyone have some cookbook recommendations?

Looking for a good low-carb cookbook- the simpler the recipes, the better.

My favorite is Dana Carpender's "500 Low-Carb Recipes." Tons of recipes without a lot of complicated ingredients! It's about $20 at the major bookstores, and it comes in paperback.

Ditto on Dana Carpender. I have both her books - 500 recipes and 15-minute recipes - and they are incredible. I use at least one of her recipes a day.

Oh thanks, Paris! I don't have the 15-minute recipe book. I gotta get that one!

Hi: I just bought Dana Carpender's book noted above, and then checked Fran McCullough's The Low Carb Cookbook out of the library. They both seem good, but for my style of more casual cooking, I sort of wish I'd spent my money on the McCullough one.

I"m sure the Wake County library system has both, plus more. Why don't you check a couple out and see which one you like best?

I like dana carpenders 15 minute recipes the best other than that I find that the internet seems to be my best resource for recipes.
