Hi....

Now i am gulping down more water...

frankly speaking, i went for a buffet meal yesterday and i decided that only that meal i allow myself some forbidden foods ( oh well to make my money worth ). Then i remembered abt here saying drink more water. When i reached home i drank a lot of it, and had more loo sessions .

i am also trying to drink more water today. Hoping that the buffet foods wont have a great effect on my weight gain. Though my scales tell me i am gaining abt close to a kg.

Well does anyone know if this method works well to minimise weight gain?
