Default Are you addicted?

I am absolutely overwhelmed with how great BFL is. I want to share it with everyone I meet. I want to go to the gym all the time. I love cardio now, and really get off on challenging myself to be better, faster, stronger...

My results are amazing - my clothes are getting so loose just halfway through my challenge. I think I am becoming obsessed...has anyone else experienced the same all-encompassing passion? Is this normal? Does it wear off as you get closer to completing the 12 weeks?

This is the best thing I have ever done for myself (except for quitting smoking) and I just feel so good. And I had to share that with others who hopefully know what I'm talking about, because I think I'm starting to bore my DH and DS!

i am like that with everything i do unforantly but I have a very obsessive / addictive personality, I figure at least I am addicted to somthing good for me

I don't do the standard BFL any more, but I do exercise very seriously, and I'm totally addicted. If I miss a day, I get cranky, lol, and I only feel better when I'm working out again.

Yup,

I have to watch myself very carefully because sometimes I will overdue working out. Like today, I did 2 hours of cardio instead 20 min. It can get so consuming, I will sometimes turn down plans to go out, just so I can lift weights, or do cardio (or have the option to do so, if I wish). I love it though! Finishing up week two of my first challenge, (I did heavy cardio and light weights before starting) and am already feeling stronger and more energetic!

Oh yeah, it seems like all I think about. I wake up thinking about when I can get to the gym that day. But I really think it helps to be a little obsesive about it.
