Hi! I was wondering if Wheat Gluten and Soy Flour were allowed and what the carb count is in them if they are. Thankies!

Hiya! I use vital wheat gluten flour for baking.

Here's the nutritional info from my package:

Serving size 1/4 cup
Calories 120
Fat 1 g
Carbohydrate 6 g
Protein 23 g

Thanks a bunch. I found a recipe that requires it and I was just making sure it was alright before I went ahead and made the dish.
