Default Welp Meh!

How many cups of like roman lettuce, or salad all its self, should I have a day? and should all my 20g of carbs come from salad mainly? b/c basically everything else like meats dont have carbs, except my dressing (3 cheeses ranch -Kraft-) and like the cheese, and the butter, and my eggs. EhY!

hiya, it's about three cups of lose packed salad veg, and this can be made up of salad alone or vegatables, like brocoli, cabbage, green beans, spinach, aspargus.

Steer clear of onions, leeks are BAD - and I didn't realise this at first...

Hi there and Welcome!
Only 1 cup of veggies other than salad veggies. Brocolli,asparagus,cauliflower etc.

Yes...3 cups loosly packed salad or 2 cups salad plus 1 cup other lc veggies from the induction list. You can also have 10-20 black or green olives OR 1/2 avocado per day.

That's right - make sure you use a measuring cup, and that they are packed loosely...as for salad dressing, make sure it is under 1gr of carb per tablespoon....good luck

3 cups of salad a day it is. I usually get a chicken ceaser salad with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, hard boiled eggs, and grated cheese. Yum. Salads are wonderful because they are low carb and fill you up too. Make sure to check your dressings though. Some are packed full of sugars and carbs. I usually use italian or ranch. I try to stay under 2 carbs per tablespoon or else they add up quickly.
