Default 3 1/2 month stall--- FINALLY I moved!!!!!!!

Dear lc friends,

After being in a stall since the beginning of December I FINALLY moved! And to top it off I went below 200!!!! Not by much but I weighed in yesterday morning at 199!!! I am so happy and I think I have figured out what had me stalled..... sugar alcohols! I was eating 5-10 rs sf candies a day and since I put them away I have actually moved on the scale Since not having any of the candies I have went down 2 1/2 pounds in two weeks. I am also eating more raw veggies, like the raw snow peas. I know they are a little higher in carbs but if I eat a large handful it does not seem to hurt. Plus it gives me a feeling like summer is here (Minnesota does not seem to be shaking mother nature's winter grasp! We have warm days and then the winds come up again.)

I so happy, oh so happy! Thank all of you who answered my post a couple of weeks ago when I was really down.
Lori

Thanks so much for giving us stallers hope! I haven't lost a thing since december either, ever since I discovered low carb bread and candy. Guess I'm back to basics! Again, thanks for the inspiration.

Congratulations, Laurie, for sticking to the WOE. I am finally starting to accept what a long haul this is going to be, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth it!

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Godd for you on not giving up on this WOL. The sf candy can certainly be a culprit for stalling. Keep up the good work.

A big congratulations to you! Breaking through a stall takes so much patience and perseverence. But you are through it now. I cannot eat sugar alcohols at all. They stall me like crazy and make my stomach sick. Oh well, I do envy the people that can eat them.

I don't know if you realize how wonderful it is for us who have been on this program just a little while to read posts like this.
Thank you!
I am currently stalled, and I would think that I'm doing something wrong or "it will never end -- this is just another failed diet" but your post shows that perseverence and patience will win the day.
Thank you again!
