I haven't been sick either, although <Kassie looks out window>, winter isn't done up here.

Yep...add me to the list. I usually catch anything within 50 miles and no colds or flu si nce low carbing starting last June. It may also have to do with taking my Vitamins and extra C as well. Whatever it is I'm for it!

I usually get at least two major head or chest colds a year. Since I started low carbing in July 2002, I have not had a single cold, sore throat, or flu. I did have a couple of days of the intestinal virus that went around in December 2003, but that was highly contagious and struck everyone else in my family, too (and most got it before me).
