Question balsamic vinegar

Does anyone know the count on Balsamic Vinegar, I have been putting it on my salad for the last few days and I have no idea if its ok?! I don't trust the other salad dressings at this hotel, any suggestions if it's bad for me?

No, it's not the best. If you are sticking with induction, I think it's forbidden ( too sweet), not sure of the carbs, but it does have some. You could try just a bit of extra virgin olive oil ( which would be good for you ) and tastes better than you would think.............however, having said all that, I have snuck the odd bit of balsamic into my dressings latly, probably only 1/2 teaspoon, and don't appear to have caused any problems. If you have some carbs left to use up for the day, perhaps that is the time to have some.

According to mastercook's ingredient analysis, 16 carbs per cup! Yikes, that sounds high... but realistically nobody's going to put a whole cup of balsamic vinegar on a salad. I don't think a little bit would hurt.

I just put a splash on my salad but I didn't know about the sugar. I'll avoid it in the future, thanks.
