afternoon workout: stairclimber 22 minutes level 12 (?), treadmill 20 minutes - random, incline 3% to 8%, speed 4.5 - 6.7

Lunch time: 20 minutes on treadmill 1.97 miles Hill option 1% - 6% incline 6.0 speed; 22 minutes on Elliptical trainer level 18.

Evening: Firm upper body tape and firm ab parts tape

Gonna do standing leg work when I get home. need to tighten the butt some. So I'll incorporate standing leg work into the routine now and alternate days with upper body workout

update: standing leg work (41 minutes) firm ab workout day 5

Lnch - 20 minute stair climber level 15, aerobic program (2.69 miles); 20 minute stationary bike level 10, hill program (7.? miles).

lunch workout: treadmill 3.0 miles (28 minutes) started at 6.5 speed ended at 7.0. Alternated incline from 3%, 6% 0%
Elliptical trainer 20 minutes, level 18, 16 and 18 again.

evening - day 5 of firm ab workout

Afternoon workout
20 minutes stair climber level 12 hill program
20 minutes stationary bike level 10 hill program (7.12 miles)

evening - Firm ab parts day 2

20 minute elliptical trainver - level 15 aerobics mode - too tired to get the mileage

wednesday morning - 8 minute tae-bo, 42 minute standing leg work
wednesday afternoon - 40 minutes stair climber - fat burner plus program - level 13
evening - 10 minute ab workout - firm tape day 1

30 minutes on stair master - 3.82 miles, 380 calories, level 15, random hill
25 minutes on elliptical trainer, quick workout program, 1.6 miles, 300 calories
