Default low carb fruits?

I was wondering if there are any fruits out there that can be eaten while following a low-carb diet? I read strawberries are good. I am awaiting my carbohydrate addicts book from amazon.com, but want to get started early!
Thanks,
Vicki

LCer generally eat berries, some melons and the occaisional peach (my fave). If you're interested in finding out the carb count on your fruits you can use the carb counter on this page located under "Low Carb Tools" its very up to date and contains tonnes of foods.

I've been known to nibble on raspberries.

Exclamation Carbohydrate Addicts ...

doesn't really restrict the type of fruit you may eat ... since you will ONLY be eating it during the one-hour period of the Reward Meal each day, which is usually the evening meal. The other meals of the day are very low-carb ... only proteins, fats and lowcarb veggies and salads are permitted, no fruits.
