Well I really love to cook and I hate eating the same thing all the time so I am always trying new recipes. I'm not afraid to experiment so I come up with some pretty good stuff most of the time. I have had a couple weeks of being bad and I'm just now trying to pull myself back in when it comes to carbs. I was really unsure of whether to stay on atkins being pregnant. It's a little scary since there is so little info out there on it. I was really lucky though. My midwife said I was perfectly okay to stay on atkins just final phase. She asked me to have seafood a few times a week (which I will do cause if that lets me stay on atkins while pregnant it's worth it) and she asked me to increase my intake of nuts and to try to fit in a whole grain at least once a day. I feel pretty confident that I can mesh that in with Atkins and the recommended carb intake for pregnancy. Anyways, I'm sure I'll be posting recipes in no time!
