Question Loss of appetite, anyone else?

Hi!
I am a newbie.
I am 7 days into induction. I'm going by all the rules in DADR. I have lost 7lbs. But each day fewer & fewer foods are appetizing. I'm already sick of salads, vegis are making me nauseous & no meats taste right. The last 2 days I have stalled, I am assuming because there is no fat to carb ratio & really no food.
This is begining to depress me. I know this diet works, but only if eat.
Anyone else gone through this?

I did when I first satrted. You have to make yourself eat. That is one of the worst things you can do is not to eat. Find something that you can eat. Good luck

it happened to me too, don't worry your appetite will come back. try just eating 5 or 6 small meals (snacks) for a while. Keep up the good work, you'll feel awesome!

I love angelina jolie too. She's extremely lovely...
Yeah, when i first started i got sick of the food too. But it passed, and got really easy. The easiest eating plan, ever. So just stick it out.

Induction can bring on many strange sensations and feelings as you start burning fat for fuel rather than glucose. Naseau, loss of appetite, headaches, etc. are very common. The good news is that it will pass! Your body will adjust and you will feel marvelous. It is important to keep eating and make sure you are getting your veggies, water, and supplements in each day. They will help you feel better!

One of the lovely side effects of ketosis is lack of appetite. Just be sure to keep eating, or even just have small snacks, to keep that metabolism up!

Keep up the great work!

I also fretted about not being hungry for a period of time (several days). It was so hard to eat! But, it does pass, and once you get through it, you will be SO GLAD you hung in there. The advice these people are giving you is really good - just a little bit often can help.

Good luck. You will get through it even if it doesn't feel like it right now.
