The only two I know and which work for me are green tea (lots of it - the real stuff, not decaff or extract) and exercise.

I have also found that by eating breakfast every day, it seems to speed things up. Who would have thought eating more would help in that way.

Exercise

Take a 20-30 minute "dose" 3-5 times a week, for life.

Resistance exercise like weight training. And splitting up your meals into 6 smaller ones per day.

I walk my dogs up hill to the park; 3 miles in the morning, and 3 miles at night. I also drink and enormous amount of water.

I started doing this on Monday and combined with the Oil of Oregano I believe it's what gave me the 4 pound Whoosh this morning.

I am walking a lot, eating breakfast, and eating coconut on occassion for the oil. I think these three strategies speed my metabolism up. I wanted to try L-Carnitine but it is so ridiculously expensive that I decided to weight until I experience a real stall.

COCONUT OIL and Exercise. It may just be a coincidence, but 10 days ago, I started using Coconut Oil [3-6g/day initially, and then upped it to 14g/day] and I dropped 5 pounds in the last 10 days (3.5 lbs/wk.) I'd been losing about 2 lbs/week before I started using the Coconut Oil. I dropped 11 pounds in 24 days in January (3.2 lbs/wk,) but I was eating 1,827 kcal/day vs. the 2,101 kcal/day that I am now.

Metabolism needed to explain Weight-Loss [assuming Calorie Theory is correct]:

January: 3,427 kcal/day
February: 3,380 kcal/day
Last 10 Days: 3,851 kcal/day
