I enter my menus in fitday but I don't think you can access mine.
A typical day for me is:
B - 2 - 3 oz cheese dipped in mayo
- 1 or 2 hb eggs
- 2 cups coffee with cream
S - piece of roast beef or proschutto
L - salad with 1/2 tomatoe, 2 hb eggs & blue cheese dressing
S - tuna packed in water mixed with mayo
D - chicken with roasted veggies (always a meat & veggie dish)
S - 6 strawberries
hope this helps
My menus don't really deviate too much during the week, on the weekends, I'll make a potroast with veggies in the crock pot.
