Default Cool Whip?

I just made sugar-free jello and put cool-whip on it (I wasn't think(I wasn't even thinking about sugar, I had carbs on the brian).....how bad is that? I'm on atkins...and I'm figuring that cool whip is against the rules. So...what will this sugar do for my induction, have I blown it?

No, you haven't "blown it", just resume induction. it takes a while to break old habits.

In the meantime, chuck the Cool Whip and keep some real whipping cream in your fridge.

Default Cool Whip

The cool whip I buy says 2 carbs for 2 tblsps. I didn't think that was tooo outrageous. Am I missing something? I put a tablespoon on sf jello all the time! Oops or not?!?!

There is a gadget called the ISI. Basically it is a cannister that you pour heavy cream into, add some splenda if you want, add a charger cartridge, and presto - you have whipped cream without all the sugar. It dispenses like a ReddiWhip can, and lasts for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

I got mine at Lechters, a housewares type store in malls. You can get it on the web www.isi-store.com or www.whip-cream.com. It comes in different sizes, I think I paid about $39.99 for mine.
