Talking HI! new here

HI, my name is Lisa, just joined the board. Triple diget here. This is my second time on atkins or low carb diet.... I have been on weight watcher for over a year. Lost 80 lbs and gained back some of that. I was having a hard time with craving, sweet, chocolate, so I decided to make the change and go back to atkins, I know it worked for me before.
I have been on it since march 4. And so far have lost 7 lbs. But, I am having really bad headaches, and just don't feel good... I know this will eventually pass and my body will adjust and I will regain energy. I am looking forward to reading this board more and find out how everyone else is doing and what they are doing. bye for now...Lisa

Welcome Lisa! Hang in there and the headaches should pass. IMHO, anyone who can lose 80 pounds on Weight Watchers has a lot of willpower (I could never stick to their program), so you should be able to continue low carbing until the energy burst kicks in, which will hopefully be soon!

Welcome to the TDC Lisa! This way of eating feels right. Once you get past the initial stage, you will feel much much better. Just stick with it and never give up.

Congrats on the weight loss you've had so far!
