ACK! you guys have me so scared. i have had fine hair since the age of 15(i used to have thick hair but due to dying it alot it got fine)ive been on induction for 2 months and ive noticed i dont shed nearly as much(i used to have tons of hair all over the place and now hardly any)i hear of alot of people losing hair especially with alot of weght lost. now im so scared in a month or so ill lose more. i have at least another 125lbs to lose and i really dont want to go bald. i can not afford a wig as i can barely afford all the meats on this wol. i assume the hair does grow back? anyone know how long that takes? i guess i could just wear those bandana things. i also noticed my nails are growing like crazy but they dont seem to be any thicker
