Default Today's a new day! Good luck to all of you for eating well!

Remember, it's all about choices. This pep talk is for me, and anyone else who might need it. Even though I've stayed LC, things have seemed out of control by quite a bit lately.

SO!! Let's drink our water! Take our vitamins! Get some exercise! And have control when it comes to items not on plan for our particular place, whether they are LC or not. And here's to a thinner March....

Thanks! I started 1-2-04 AGAIN determined this time I would not give up because I know this is the only thing that will work for me. I lost 5 lbs. and held that weight for so long. Then 2 lbs. came off and then today another 1 lb. It's been slow and probably will continue to be slow, but I refuse to go back to the old way. I feel better and I'm never hungry. Who could argue that this isn't a great WOE? Someone made the point in another thread that you don't even think about it anymore (eating differently that is) and it's true.
