I did something similar the other day, only instead of binging on SF chocolate, the one piece of chocolate that I ate set off a BREAD binge. DH had bought a little baguette for company that was supposed to come over but they cancelled, and all that good bread was just going to waste! So we ate the whole bloody thing! OY! Luckily I didn't have the tummy probs, but I was up FOUR pounds the next morning, and my face and fingers were all puffy so I know it was mostly water but hopefully it will teach me a serious lesson - no more chocolate for me!

I'm so glad I read this thread!!!! I did the same thing yesterday with the Russell Stover Peanut Butter Cups (I ate 2 bags...took me only 5 minutes)....anyways, unfortunately this is not my first time slipping with the lc candy and the 4 lbs. is probably water. I read somewhere on here that the sugar alcohols kind of back up your intestines and force your body to retain water....I don't know, but it makes me feel a lot better that we are not alone!

Anything higher than that is SICK (Serious Intestinal Concequences for Kristine)

LOL!!!! That is *TOO* cute!

I've finally given up on the SF chocolates, or anything with sugar alcohols in it. They make me stall, give me gas, and my tummy HURTS! Finally managed to just convince myself that SAs are poison! Aspartame, too, cause it makes me stall.

I bought those SF Jelly Bellies and only had a few (maybe 20 of them?), and booooy was I sick! Think I'm better off having just a little taster of a regular one.
