I have just started ingesting virgin coconut oil and am looking forward to seeing what it does for me. I love the taste of that stuff. It's like coconutty silk in my mouth!

I would love to hear from anyone who has noticed any improvement in metabolism or energy, or any other health benefits, that they attribute to ingesting coconut oil.
