Always hungry
I did the BFL thing last year, and it worked great.. I went from 210 to 195 (goal was 185-190) in ten weeks, then I broke my shoulder and stopped.. My only problem with the program was that I was ALWAYS hungry. I'm doing Atkins right now.. and it also works great. I'm thinking when I get close to my goal, I'll do a cross between Atkins and BFL.. Anybody else have the same experiences.? Or trying the same thing?
