Well Krista and I went to the gym 3 days this week. It felt so great to get back into working out.Even though it had been a couple of years since I've been a member at the YMCA , it was almost as though I had never left. It's just a very comfortable place for me. I feel so much better about myself already. Our local y is very laid back. Just regular people trying to get in shape. No muscle heads watching their biceps. Hoping to go this afternoon with my husband. He thinks after Krista and I master the nautilus we should start with some free weights. He'll show us how to concentrate on certain muscles. Signing off, have a great day all!
