Kohkie-- thanks so much, looks delicious....do u happen to know the carb/cal/fat count or anything...or an estimated one for the dandr recipes?

AFwife--what a great idea about the mouse!!! How long do u have to refrigerate it though?

yes trustycat the carb count for the entire eggplant parmigiana is 66.6 carbs. I never figure out the cal or fat, sorry.
