Have any of you heard of this site? It gets groups together with common interests -- anything from poodle owners to comic book collectors. I saw a feature on this on 20/20 about a month ago. Well, there is a whole group for low carbers. And they meet (in person) in their respective cities on the 1st Monday of every month. I'm planning on going to the meeting on March 1st in Houston. I think it might provide yet another layer of support.

So I'm wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this and/or would be interested in it?

The Houston meetup that should have occurred last night was cancelled because only 4 individuals RSVP'd that they would attend. There must be a minimum of 5 for a meeting. I'm amazed that the 4th largest city in the US can't come up with more than 4 people who want to support each other about low carbing!
