I also love homemade jerkey and sf jello w/ whipped cream!!

Trusty Cat! Jalopenos have virtually no carbs. Put four or five peppers inside a slice of cheese, microwave for 10 seconds and enjoy! mad

Chew I mean, I do that well. Anyhow, I am surprised at what you all have listed as Atkins Diet food. I am still in the induction phase almost all the time. I caught on to the Pork Rinds thing plus
Crystal Light (Unsweetened)
Fiber One (1/2 cup)
Bacon and Eggs
Ham and Eggs
Eggs and Eggs
Taco Salads
Cheddar Chese on eggs
Atkins Low Carb Muffins 1 (2carbs)
Slim Jims (Are there some healthier than others?)
Oh yea! Sub ways Turkey and Bacon wraP
Is there anything such as a no carb tortilla soft or hard?
It is a good thing I like eggs.
I hope this list goes on for along time because I need the ideas. Thanks.

Default yummy sweet hot wings

My absolute favorite food is hot pseudo-Chinese wings. Season chicken wings with salt-n-pepper and bake till crusty. When done mix a stick of melted butter with a few spoonfulls of Chinese chili puree with garlic until its as spicy as you like. Sweeten to taste with Splenda. If you are lucky enough to have brown Sugar Twin without the nasty aftertaste use that. I put the sauce in a zipper bag toss in the wings and shake. Enjoy dipped in Ranch dressing.
YOWZA YUUUUUUUUMMMYYYYYYYYY !!!!
