I have now lost 30 pounds, and it feels awesome! I am still in awe what Atkins has done for me. I KNOW that with this WOE I will reach my goal this year Just wanted to share, I am pretty happy

It is kind of incredible. I still am dazed that so much weight can come off so relatively quickly. And it isn't painful. It's hard to get your head around!

But WAY TO GO!!! It's a triumph, and we should all be pleased for your stick-with-it-ness. Not to mention, it's always good to hear about a success.

WAY TO GO HILLARY!! Onederland is right around the corner, I can't wait to see your update!

Your success keeps me going. It lets me know that I can achieve this thing if I just stick to it!!

hey! i read your entire journal! we are so alike! i am always obsessed too. i am always reading something about it, thinking about it, planning my new clothes to buy, exercising, or something related to atkins. hehe it is so addicting to lose weight. you seem to work out harder than i do. reading what you wrote makes me want to get up and run! i can't wait to get the awesome compliements that you got. i think it is a great idea to write them all down and remind yourself. thank you so much for the great inspiration. by the way, you have lost a LOT of weight so fast! you are a really determined woman! cheers!
