Default did i make a BIG boo boo?

hello

I think I may have boo booed, Tuesday will be two weeks of the induction and today for lunch at school at an Atkins wrap, I was still in Ketosis later on (moderate), do I have to start 2 weeks again or just carry on, and I'm not sure about my weight it has been up and down only 5lbs since I started. any thoughts??

I am excited about the LC food I bought today, (not eating till Wednesday). They opened a Low carb store in Hamilton Ontario and they carry alot of what Gnc does but what they didnt have was already made muffins that have 7 carbs, bagels(mini) 7 carbs, tortilla chips 8 carbs for 15 and belgian waffle cookies with chocolate they have 7. I am sooo excited and I have my bread 7 grms a slice!!!! this should be a great time of eating.....(if i didnt screw it up too much)???lol

any suggestions I welcome pleeeease

What I appreciate most about Atkins is that no one is going to make sure you are doing it "right". You can go back on induction or you can just keep moving along. It is really all about learning a lifestyle that you can live with. I never think of it as cheating - it really is making an adult decision to have a higher carb day. You are doing great - keep it up!

oh cool u do where abouts?? well this LC store is on the mtn. at stonechurch and Ottawa in Plaza next to cheers and the Bagel Place. So if u go up Ottawa towards Stonechurch its on ur left. The woman there is great she will help u with all questions u have about the food. She lets u sample things first too. Tell her u got referred from a bud on the net thats was there sat ,(with her family for the tasting party) see if remembers she will love that. Oh and on Fri she said she will be getting Ketchup in(just to let u know). Let me know how it goes,

I wouldn't re-start induction if it were me, but it's YOU, so you have to decide.

Watch out for all the LC products--they've really messed with me and I'm starting over CLEAN today.

Good luck in whatever you decide and try to keep the LC products as occasional TREATS and not as part of your every day WOE. Just my 2 cents...

hey thanks, no im not re-starting induction, also right I will not be eating the stuff on a regular basis. I have noticed from prior that the lc stuff like the chocolate(never tired any bread products) have not affected me. Thanks for 2 cents, I appreciate it!

Devil, thanks for the info. Sorry about the delay in replying, I completely forgot about this thread! Did not mean to be rude.

I live on the border of Hamilton and Dundas, near McMaster.

Cheers
