some of it, the part where they said he DIDNT die of a heart attack, and that He just slipped and fell DUH!

The part I liked was the lady ( wife I think?) said she was going to spend the rest of her life proving he was right...through research!! YEAH

I turned it off when they started in on the " doctors who think atkins will hurt you in the long run" decided I didn't need to hear that!! wish I would have been able to see more of it

You shouldn't have turned it off. I found the whole show to be pretty balanced. Overall, it was for the most part pro LC. The last segment was very interesting when they tested LC products and found a lot of them to have much higher carb counts than stated on the label. The did show a few anti- LC people but then following they would show another expert debunking what the nay sayer said. It was a good show-- I was pleasantly surprised.

Yeah it was quite a good show. I was a little worried when I first turned it on and they started talking about possible long term problems-- but it was all very balanced.

One thing I will keep in mind was when they tested low carb products many of them were way over (some bread that said 4 carbs per slice came in at 8.... etc.) They did say however that burger kings "no bun burger" came in perfect or under... and all atkins products came in perfect or under.

I was really happily surprised myself! I was especially excited when I heard about the Harvard studies that proved LCing to work faster and more effectively than traditional low fat diets. The scientists also confirmed that cholesterol and triglicerides went down with this WOE too!! The only caveat was that there have been no long-term studies done, so they didn't know about the long term effects, but the results were all very very positive!! FINALLY!!!
