Scrape off the toppings and enjoy

The pizza sauce may have some carbs, and you may go over your cheese limit, but having a toppings dish is better then giving in and having a piece.

What you can also do is put the toppings on a salad, maybe with some ranch dressing. I know it sounds really weird, but it's good and filling. some pizza places even offer pizza salads.
