I'm having the same kind of problem, although mine is just an overall "tiredness". I am a college student, I'm up pretty late studying etc, up early, I've been exercising more lately (I run every other day 2-3 miles), and I eat around 20 grams of carbs a day. I know you guys have said I need to up it to about 25, but I guess I like the way my weight loss is going right now and I dont want to jeopardize anything! (I know, I'm stubborn) Right now, vitamin wise, I'm taking Centrum Daily, L-Carnitine,Chromium, and Lysine (Lysine is for my overall skin health, not weight related). Energy wise, do you think I should add any kinds of vitamins to what I'm taking? This is my 3rd week at Atkins and I hope this "feeling tired" feeling goes away soon! =(
