Default Multi Vitamin

I was wondering what a good multivitamin for the atkins diet would be and where can I get them. I heard that I should be taking one and was wondering what most of you took.

Any multi-vitamin is good, preferably without iron. You can get them anywhere.....Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Meijer, drugstores, grocery stores, anywhere!

Basically, any multi-vitamin is a good one. I personally use Equate (Walmart brand.) The supplements that the multi-vitamin is lacking 100% coverage per day I also take, plus more.

In other words, I take the following every day:

Multi-vitamin
Potassium
Malic Acid
Selenium
Calcium
