Then I am doing this totally wrong and not even close to eating enough veggies.
Now, I better get myself over to Fitday and check out my calories. I bet I have actually been on a Low Calorie diet even with the fat it may not add up to minimum 1500!!!
UGGH, I am not hungry but i sure would like to get the details right. I even have the book and still have questions.
