Default A Pizza Hut Lunch!

I'm back on Atkins induction! I lost 50 lbs. back in 1999 but gained it back plus 30 lbs. Then, last year I did an Atkins/CAD combo and lost 30 but gained 35 back. SO, I feel that I have a new outlook and hopefully things will be different this time. I've lost 5 lbs. in 2 days so I'm feeling good, even though I know that most is water weight at first. Yesterday, I had lunch at Pizza Hut, it really helped a lot! I would recommend it to anyone feeling like they need something different but still on induction. Here is what I had:

6 hot wings (3 carbs total)

Salad (lettuce, cheese, mushrooms, a little carrot, bacon, ranch dressing)

Pepperoni & Mushroom toppings off the "Big New Yorker"

Water

I woke up today and lost 1 lb.! I was excited. I'm not as creative with cooking like many of you are and it's hard for me to find new things to eat but I'm convinced that if we allow ourselves a little taste of "the old life" it will help sustain us through the difficult days!

Gingerbear, good for you for coming back!!

I'm just curious thou, what was it that caused you to regain it all back twice? I'm asking this not to judge or critize you, I'm always interested to see what was going on, to allow yourself to gain it all after working so hard to lose it?

I'm sure others can learn from your experience.

That does sound like a great lunch :>)

Cheers Kathy
