Default PHATBOY'S Works ;)

OK, I finally started my workout today! I can't believe it's even effected my typing...lol

3 sets of 15 w/115lbs for the abs

3 sets of 15 w/120lbs for the back, need to up the weights on this cause I flew right by this.

3 sets of 15 w/75lbs for the standing arm pulls

3 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the sitting arm pulls

Tomorrow will be 15 min on stair climber
and 15 for the treadmill.


Damn my arms are swole

I went to GNC and got a big container of ISOPURE Dutch Chocolate Whey protein, I have bought it before already made and in a glass bottle. and it is good, it has zero carbs and zero sugar, and it goes down pretty smooth too. i cant wait to get to the gym this evening man, I got this book this weekend and it is off the meter phat
its called mens body sculpting, bout 17 bucks,
goes into specifics about building muscle cutting fat, and chiseling physique

Just got back from my cardio, I'm sweating more then I did yesterday. I'm gonna cut down on the angle of the treadmill cause i almost got cramps twice after i got off.....anyway I did 15 on the treadmill and 15 min on the stair stepper. Looks like my legs are going to be sore tomorrow Have a great day, Manny

OMG, just got back from the gym....I had to lower all the weights that i did when i started...I couldnt even move the Ab machine...


3 sets of 15 w/115lbs for the Ab Crunch 70lbs

3 sets of 15 w/120lbs for the Back Extension, need to up the weights on this cause I flew right by this. Moved up weight to 175lbs much better

3 sets of 15 w/75lbs for the Tricep Pushdowns 65lbs

3 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Sitting Lat Pulls same weight

Also did:

3 sets of 15 w/85lbs Seated Row

3 sets of 15 w/100 Freedom Press

My body is tripping right now...arms are shaking.....

Did my 30 min treadmill yesterday and my weights today, getting so much easier too, but I still sweat.

Todays workout I tried doing 4 sets of 15 for each excersize....It was a sucsess! I actually told Chud that I would do a set for him since he's not feeling too good lately.....and I said wtf, mightas well try! I DID IT BRO!!!

And i feel it too....but looks like its gonna be the norm now, thanks Chud!

4 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Ab Crunch

4 sets of 15 w/225lbs for the Back Extension

4 sets of 15 w/80lbs for the Tricep Pushdowns

4 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Sitting Lat Pulls

4 sets of 15 w/85lbs Seated Row

4 sets of 15 w/100 Freedom Press


Cant wait to feel good enough to do 5 sets of 15 reps!
